Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPNDP marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains what information is processed to provide the services, why it is used, and how long it is retained. Third-party payment pages and external apps have their own privacy policies; please review them before using those features.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. An email address is not required to open an account. If a user voluntarily provides one in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request and is not added to a marketing contact list. Account credentials are used for authentication, while subscription status and cumulative traffic are used to determine service access and remaining usage.
Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, order status, and transaction identifier returned by the payment channel. They are used to activate subscriptions, verify payments, process refunds, and resolve disputes. Support ticket content is used to respond to user requests. When reporting a technical issue, do not include passwords, complete subscription links, or information from other accounts.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Status
VPNDP does not record which websites users access through its subscription services. It does not store browsing content, destination domains, DNS query history, or message contents, and does not create records that can be used to trace an individual's browsing activity.
Connection logs are not retained persistently. Temporary session state needed to maintain a connection is processed only while the connection is active and is not converted into a personal connection history afterward. Cumulative account traffic and subscription status are billing and access records; they do not include destinations. If client diagnostic information is needed for troubleshooting, users may submit it voluntarily. Remove credentials and unrelated content first.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Site analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, and feature interactions so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics should not include passwords, subscription credentials, support ticket content, or payment credentials. Site analytics are not used to track browsing activity through subscription connections.
Cookies and browser local storage support features such as session recognition, sign-in status, and language preferences. The user panel stores authentication status locally. Signing out or clearing site storage removes the related information. Browsers can restrict cookies or clear local data, but doing so may require signing in again or restore preferences to their defaults. Sign out after using a shared device.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
VPNDP supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or settlement process, which may process transaction information under its own rules. VPNDP uses the result information needed to match orders and complete settlement. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords in support tickets.
Information is shared only to the extent needed to complete payments, provide necessary technical support, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Account data is not sold for advertising. Before proceeding to a third-party page, verify the order and recipient details. The third party's published policy governs its data handling.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription data are retained for as long as needed to provide the services. Order data are retained for the period needed for settlement, refunds, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and site analytics are deleted or de-identified after their purposes have been fulfilled. Because data is used for different purposes, this policy does not set one retention period for all data.
Users can sign in to the user panel support tickets to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed, and the impact of deletion on subscription access will be explained. Records related to pending orders, disputes, or legal retention requirements will have their use restricted and be handled once the reason for retention ends. Account deletion and refund requests follow different processes. See the Refund Policy for refund rules.
Security Responsibilities and Policy Updates
Users should keep account credentials and subscription information secure and avoid exposing access details in public posts or support ticket screenshots. If credentials are compromised, change the password and describe the issue in a support ticket. Data is handled on a need-to-use basis with access restrictions, but users also share responsibility for protecting network transmissions and their devices.
When this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page and the month shown at the top will be updated. Significant changes to processing purposes or data scope will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Questions about this policy or data handling can be submitted through a support ticket; do not disclose account data on public channels.
