Terms of Service
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscriptions and related user panel provided by VPNDP. Please read these terms before using the service, and review the plan details and Privacy Policy to understand its scope. If you do not agree, stop using the service. These terms do not exclude any rights granted to users by applicable law.
Service Scope
VPNDP provides subscriptions to international routes for cross-border access, along with setup guidance for clients on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and protocols are those shown in the user panel. Third-party websites, apps and their content are outside the scope of this service.
Subscription benefits are determined by the selected plan. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-term upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the price, data allowance and billing method before confirming an order. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel; access to installation packages depends on having an active plan.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure. A subscription link authorizes access and should not be published or shared with others. If your credentials are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and request help through a support ticket in the user panel.
The service has no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, for use by the account holder on devices they own or lawfully manage. This device policy does not permit multiple people to share an account, split its benefits or resell a subscription. Without authorization, you may not rent, transfer or publicly share an account or subscription, or use the service to provide commercial access to others.
Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their actual use, as well as the usage rules of destination websites, apps and networks. A subscription does not authorize access to third-party content. Users remain responsible for obtaining any required account, license or rights to use that content.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, including infringing another person's privacy or intellectual property, fraud, distributing malicious software, accessing systems without authorization or disrupting network operations. Do not use automated requests, unusual connections or other abusive methods that impair the routes or other users' normal access. VPNDP may take necessary steps to restrict access in response to these risks.
Availability and Limits of Liability
Connection quality depends on factors such as the local network, device performance, route, destination service and network congestion. VPNDP does not guarantee a fixed speed or latency, uninterrupted connections, continuous access to any third-party platform, or the ongoing availability of its features. Bank-grade encryption protects the transmission link; it does not replace device security measures or account protection.
Maintenance, route changes, upstream network failures and other events beyond our control may change or temporarily interrupt the service. VPNDP will provide details through site announcements or the user panel. Users should back up important information. Liability for third-party failures and their indirect effects, when they are not reasonably within the service's control, is determined by applicable law; nothing here excludes liability beyond what the law permits.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If there is unlawful use, account resale, public sharing of a subscription, malicious disruption of the service or another serious breach of these terms, VPNDP may suspend access, restrict relevant features or terminate the account according to the level of risk. In cases involving urgent security risks, restrictions may be applied first, with the reason explained through the user panel.
If you disagree with a restriction, you may describe the situation and request a review through a user panel support ticket. Provide only the necessary order and issue details; do not include your password or complete subscription link in a ticket. Account restrictions do not automatically remove your right to object or seek a refund under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms and Related Policies
VPNDP may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top as the last update will be changed. Material changes affecting users' key rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel, with details about when they take effect. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights that have already arisen under the law. If you have questions about a change, you can ask about its impact through a support ticket before deciding whether to continue using the service.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for details on how to apply.
For information about how account information and service data are handled, see the Privacy Policy.
